Crosstex International

Crosstex International is a manufacturer and owner of one of the largest spore-testing labs in North America. Crosstex approached Van West Media with hopes to develop a educational, web-based portal for their customers and distributors. Since we launched Crosstex’s website, customers can now log into the website and purchase branded and private-label products, as well as manage their account and access any one of their spore-test results, 24 hours a day. Web customers also receive fax and email alerts when the system identifies a missed weekly spore test, and clinicians can learn from trusted sources and understand compliance regulations and CDC recommendations via educational videos within the site.
