Headquartered in France, Broadpeak designs and manufactures leading video delivery components. Their former website suffered from a low conversion rate, a high bounce rate, and an antiquated proprietary CMS that made updating the site a time consuming process. Broadpeak partnered with Van West Media with the goal of designing, developing, and launching a new site on an extremely tight schedule.

VWM immediately conducted multiple customer interviews to glean insights that helped us create a new information architecture structure that would resonate with Broadpeak’s key audiences. A redesigned resources area provided immediate access to technical data and related white papers which increased customer engagement in Broadpeak’s products and solutions.
